Nets R Us Terms, Conditions & Policies

The following Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from Nets R Us. By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.

Product Use & Responsibility

All products sold by Nets R Us are sold with the explicit understanding that the purchaser and/or user is thoroughly familiar with the proper use and installation of the products.

Nets R Us:

  • Assumes no responsibility for the use, misuse, or misapplication of any product

  • Makes no representations regarding improper installation or unintended use

  • Is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse

 

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or end user to ensure that products are used appropriately and safely.

Custom Products & No-Return Policy

Because all Nets R Us products are custom made, we do not accept returns.

Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

  • Nets R Us made an error in rope type, size, or length

 

If a mistake is made on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue promptly.

 

Orders cannot be returned for:

  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer

  • Changes of mind

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or damage after delivery

Shipping Terms (F.O.B. Shipping Point)

All materials are sold F.O.B. Shipping Point. Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the order leaves our facility.

 

Nets R Us:

  • Reserves the right to ship using the carrier of its choice

  • Typically ships via UPS Ground

  • May ship via US Priority Mail when appropriate

 

Shipping timelines may vary based on order size, customization, and destination.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders totaling $250.00 or more in merchandise qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

 

Important details regarding free shipping:

  • Free shipping applies to ground service only

  • Carrier selection is at Nets R Us’ discretion

  • LTL (truck) deliveries are not included

  • Additional services such as lift-gate delivery are billed separately

 

For free shipping orders:

  • We reserve the right to hold the order until it can ship complete

 

If items are shipped directly from a supplier, there will be no additional shipping cost

LTL & Special Freight Deliveries

Orders requiring:

  • Truck freight (LTL)

  • Lift-gate service

  • Specialized delivery services

 

Are not covered under free shipping promotions. Any additional freight charges will be billed separately.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Customers ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories are encouraged to contact us directly.

We may be able to provide:

  • More accurate shipping estimates

  • Alternative carriers

  • US Flat Rate Mail options

 

Calling or emailing your order often results in better shipping rates for these locations.

International & Canadian Orders

Due to limitations within PayPal’s shipping platform:

  • International orders may display higher-than-expected shipping charges at checkout

 

If you would like an accurate shipping quote:

  • Submit a contact form

  • We will email you a realistic shipping estimate

 

All foreign orders must be paid through PayPal.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

When checking out:

  • PayPal Checkout allows you to view shipping charges after signing in

  • Checkout without a PayPal account allows you to enter billing details and view shipping options before payment

 

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, ensure you uncheck the “Ship to my billing address” box to view accurate shipping charges.

Taxes

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • A 6% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to:

    • Maryland

    • West Virginia

 

Tax rates are determined by applicable state regulations.

Billing & Discrepancies

Any billing discrepancies must be reported:

  • Within 30 days of the invoice date

 

Discrepancies reported after 30 days may not be eligible for review or adjustment.

Legal Jurisdiction

By purchasing from Nets R Us, the customer agrees that:

  • The laws of the State of Maryland shall govern the transaction

  • Any disputes arising from the purchase will be subject to Maryland law

 

This applies regardless of the purchaser’s location.

  • Product availability may vary

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated

Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions:

  • May be updated at any time

  • Are effective immediately upon posting

  • Supersede all previous versions

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms prior to ordering.
